Terms of Service and Licence Agreement

These terms apply to and to the licence sales and activation service operated by ("we", "us"). Buying a licence or activating one means you accept these terms.

1. What you are buying

Product	— a to-do application for macOS
Price	$ / ₩ · one-time payment (not a subscription)
Devices	at a time
Updates	The version at purchase, plus every update released in the following months
After that window	You keep using the last version you received, indefinitely

The app does not stop working When the update window ends, nothing locks. You keep the version you have for as long as you like. Renewing only gets you versions released after that point.

Included

iCloud (CalDAV) and Google Calendar sync — no extra charge
Every feature in the app. Nothing is locked, and there are no in-app purchases

Not included

Future features that carry their own running costs may be sold separately. Nothing shipping today falls into that category.
Fees charged by an AI provider you connect (OpenAI and similar). You supply your own API key or run a local model; we are not a party to that.

2. What the licence lets you do

We grant you a non-exclusive, transferable licence.

You may

Use the app personally or commercially
Install and activate on devices at the same time
Move to a new machine by deactivating the old one first
Transfer the whole licence to someone else — provided you stop using it yourself

You may not

Share, rent, resell, or publish your licence key
Attempt to bypass the device limit or the activation check
Decompile or reverse-engineer beyond what the law expressly permits (interoperability and similar)

3. Activation

When you activate, and when the licence revalidates, the following is sent to our server:

Your licence key
A device hash — a one-way hash derived from a hardware identifier
The device name set in your operating system

Revalidation happens roughly every 30 days. Between those checks every decision is made on your machine. Your to-do data is never sent to our server, under any circumstances. See the Privacy Policy for detail.

Offline use The app works without a network connection. A failed revalidation starts a grace period rather than an immediate lock, so a temporary outage does not cut you off.

4. Lost licence key

We can resend your key to the email address used at purchase. Use the key resend page, or write to .

5. Refunds

See the Refund Policy. In short: a full refund within days if you have not activated the key, and a refund even after activation if the product does not work as described.

6. Suspension

We may suspend a licence if:

The payment is cancelled, declined, or charged back
We confirm one of the prohibited uses in section 2

We will email you beforehand where we can. A suspension made in error is reversed as soon as we confirm it.

7. Warranty and liability

The software is provided as is. We do not warrant that it will run uninterrupted or be free of every defect.

Our liability is limited to the amount you actually paid. This limit does not apply to loss caused by our wilful misconduct or gross negligence, or to any loss where the applicable law does not permit a limit.

Backups are your responsibility The app can export your data. Please export important data regularly and keep a copy.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms we will publish the change and its effective date on this page. Changes that disadvantage you take effect 30 days after notice. A licence you have already bought is not made worse by a later change.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. The court with jurisdiction over our registered address is the court of first instance. If you are a consumer, you may also apply to a dispute mediation body under the Framework Act on Consumers.
